Health & Safety
All of our team wear named uniforms for ease of identification. 
All hold current Enhanced Police Clearances and valid First Aid Certificates.
Adult:Child ratios as set down in the Children Act 2010 are strictly adhered to. Higher ratios of team members are provided to support children with additional needs.
All parents using the Crèche must complete a full registration and consent form. These can be forwarded to the organisation to be sent out with delegate invitations, thus ascertaining exact ages and numbers of children attending the Crèche.
A full risk assessment of the venue is undertaken by The Mobile Crèche Company before the Crèche commences.
A fire drill is conducted at every Crèche provision.
Where the event is held outside (such as for a festival) we require the organisation to provide a secure fenced off area.
We have comprehensive procedures to ensure the children’s security.
All of our policies and procedures are available on site to be viewed by request.
