How Our Childcare Franchise Works

There are five distinct phases to illustrate how the childcare franchise works:

1)   Becoming a childcare franchisee:

1. You consider this franchise prospectus and we consider your suitability as a potential franchisee.
2. You will be asked to complete an application form and send this to our head office to be assessed for suitability.
3. We will arrange a mutually convenient meeting to show you more in depth financial projections and discuss how exactly the business works.
4. At this point if both parties decide to proceed we will run financial checks on yourselves, you will be asked to sign a confidentiality agreement and requested to place a deposit of 25% of the franchise licence fee i.e. £1875.00 (Pounds Sterling)
5. When all contractual and financing matters are resolved you buy the package and we then move into phase 2.

2)   Getting Ready To Start:

1. We will provide you with everything listed in the franchise package at a mutually convenient time. This is typically within two weeks of receipt of cleared funds or coincides with the end of your training, whichever suits you best.
2. You visit our base and we run through a comprehensive initial training programme which consists of a home based course with case studies on how to run the business, a practical assessment to confirm your readiness to start your business ending with you being presented with a Certificate of Competence. You return to your base armed with your initial business development plan. All your training costs are part of the package. All you will need to pay for are your travel and accommodation costs.  

3)    Getting going:

For the first three months you work systematically through your initial business development plan during which we can (at additional cost for International Clients) visit you and assist you with your crèche provisions. At your discretion, we will provide up to 2 further individual days of  support at your office or crèche sites and ensure that you are fully conversant with the details of how to operate the business.

4)   Flying solo:

1. After three months you will be fully up and running.
2. Everything you do will be guided by the franchise manual.
3. Ongoing support will of course remain open to you by phone or email.
4. At regular intervals we will notify you of changes, improvements or additions to the business. We will also be working to develop new products and services, which you will also be trained in and entitled to offer as part of your franchise business.
5. In return for b, c and d we will collect from you a Management Service Fee equivalent to 12% of your gross takings.

5)   Expanding your franchise:

1. Additional training may be provided by us from time to time to launch new products and services
2. You may be given the option to buy a neighbouring franchise territory before we sell it elsewhere
